I have a 11 year old Huskie named Cody and he is every thing to me. I am very emoitionaly dependent on him and his age is starting to concern me in knowing that every day is important that I love him and listen to every bark. He tells me what to do all the time and frosty paws are an every day thing for him. Comments:	Found your site through a link at the Seneca Siberian Husky Club wedsite. I had a Sibe that died from pancreatic cancer in 2000, so this story really hit home. I ordered the book and hope I'll be able to actually read it. I currently have 3 Sibe's, one I raised from a puppy, and 2 I adopted through rescue. It's comforting to know that there are a lot of us who see our furry companions as part of the family and provide them with amazing, loving homes. Great work!

Comments:	Hi Jo, I know you and your hubby. I have recently lost my baby, my best friend "candie" after a very short time of cancer...lymphoma. All too sudden and not at all accepted. She would be 13 in January 2005. I visited Pat in Sherwood and he highly recommended I call you and visit your website. I am in the process of reading Grizz's Story. I am having very dark days since we lost Candie on November 16th only 2 weeks ago. My pain is so deep it is hard to see beyond my grief. We have her at home buried in our back yard. We have ordered a marker for her from Pat. There is that joy in memorializing her. She only deserves too much.. I will probably join the support group on JAN 17TH. Please respond. It would be nice to hear from someone who has shared the same pain/grief that I have. I am not alone. My husband is also supportive and we have our 12 year old springer "crystal" thank God for her. Comments:	Inerstingly enough, I have a Yorkshire Terrier who I think has to be the sickest dog in the World as he has 2 dislocated back legs (when extender), pink paws because of licking, a mildly rotten tail and to top it all off he has asthma. Though, all of these are natural and I have not been mistreating him or letting him go rotton.

Comments:	Very beautiful site. I started crying from the very beginning. I was just remembering my daughter "Reina". She came to my life when I was 13 years old and we grew up together, those were the happiest days of my life. We grew up together and used to do everything together. She was one of the most intelligent dogs I've ever know. She passed away August 31, 1991 at 13 years old. That was the saddest day of my life. The moment she died, I was hugging her and telling how much I loved her, I was very tired because she had been feeling very bad all day long, I knew everything was approaching to an end, it was 3.15 am and my eyes were tired and I closed them while talking to her, I must have fallen asleep for a second, at 3.30 am I woke up suddenly and she was gone.
